This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit our website at fittoserve365.com (the "Site"), pre-order or purchase the book "Fit to Serve" by Pastor Mark Addis, sign up for our email list, contact us, or otherwise interact with us.

- Sold or shared? Shared with FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), the form-processing service that delivers speaking-inquiry form submissions to our email inbox. Not sold.

Internet or network activity (server logs)
- Purpose: our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security and site operation.
- Sold or shared? Not sold or shared for advertising. Held by our hosting provider as part of operating the Site.
- Retention: up to 12 months.
We do not currently run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on the Site, and the Site does not set cookies. We do not process orders or payments through the Site.
3. Categories of Personal Information We Collect
Categories of personal information defined by California law that we may collect:
- Identifiers: name, email address, and church or organization name that you provide when you submit the speaking-inquiry form or email us.
- Customer records: the contents of messages you send us, including event details you include in a speaking inquiry.
- Internet or network activity: standard server-log data recorded by our hosting provider, such as IP address, pages requested, and browser type.
- Geolocation data: approximate location derived from IP address in server logs.
We do not collect commercial or purchase information through the Site. Book purchases happen on third-party retailer sites under their own privacy policies.

We do not intentionally request Sensitive Personal Information through the Site. As a Christian discipleship resource, we may infer that visitors and readers have an interest in Christian faith. We use personal information to:
- Respond to speaking inquiries and other messages you send us.
- Improve our Site, content, and reader experience.
- Detect and prevent fraud and protect Site security.

7. Service Providers and Contractors
We disclose personal information to service providers and contractors who process information on our behalf and only for the purposes we direct. We may add, change, or replace providers from time to time, provided the new provider serves an equivalent purpose under similar confidentiality and security obligations. Our current providers are:

8. Third Parties, Retailers, and Advertising
In addition to service providers, we share personal information with the following third parties. Their use of that information is governed by their own privacy policies, not ours.

You may purchase the book through third-party retailers and platforms. When you click a link from our Site to one of these retailers, you leave our Site and the retailer's privacy policy applies. The list below is representative and not exhaustive. We may add or change retail partners over time. Examples include:
- Amazon (Kindle and physical book).
- Other Christian booksellers, retail partners, and publisher direct stores.
- Distribution platforms used by our publisher to make the book available.
Advertising and analytics partners
We do not currently use any analytics or advertising services on the Site. As the book launches and afterward, we may add analytics or engage in paid marketing and advertising. Before we add any such tracking, we will:

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising or build remarketing audiences from our website visitors, and the Site runs no advertising or analytics trackers. If we engage in such activity in the future, an opt-out mechanism will be made available through a cookie consent manager on our Site, through this policy, and through a clearly labeled "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our website footer.

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, and to maintain accurate records. Typical retention periods:
- Speaking-inquiry and contact emails: as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, then per our normal email retention practices.
- Server logs and security data: up to 12 months.
12. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site does not currently set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, or other tracking technologies. Because there is no tracking to consent to, the Site does not display a cookie consent banner.
If we add analytics or advertising in the future, we will add a cookie consent manager first, gate all such tracking behind your opt-in consent, honor browser-level Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as automatic opt-out requests, and update this policy.

We will verify your identity before responding to a request involving specific personal information. We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days. If we need more time, we will notify you and may extend by an additional 45 days as permitted by law.
Authorized agents: you may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require the agent to provide written, signed authorization from you and verify your identity directly.

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under CCPA/CPRA:
